Bartender

• Create an exceptional customer experience
• Prepare and serve coffee, beer and food items
• Maintain a high degree of cleanliness in the taproom, backbar, patio, and restrooms
• Uphold company policies and procedures 
• Receive orders and stock taproom and storage room
• Provide support and assistance to other teammates as needed
• Attend off-site festivals and events on occasion
• Participate in and/or contribute to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity
• Other duties as assigned

Keyholder

• Bartender duties plus:
• Open and close the taproom including opening/closing registers
• Ensure all daily and weekly tasks are completed on time or ahead of schedule
• Assist with training new hires and provide ongoing support to front of house team
• Act as a role model to others

Lead Bartender

• Bartender/Keyholder duties plus:
• Assist with administrative duties including inventory maintenance, updating menus, and similar tasks
• Communicate with management and aid in implementing changes
• Understand the needs of the business and take initiative on ad hoc projects to fulfill business goals

Bartender

• Prior experience in a similar role with coffee and/or beer experience

Lead Bartender

• Bartender/Keyholder skills plus:
• 2+ years in a similar role
• Strong communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills

Bartender

• Due to the nature of this business applicants must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• TIPS certification required and reimbursed
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds with assistance
• Weekend and holiday availability (taproom is closed Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, July 4th and open until 12pm on Easter)

Keyholder

• Bartender requirements plus:
• Availability to open/close the taproom at least 3 to 4 shifts per week

Lead Bartender

• Bartender requirements plus:
• Availability to open/close the taproom at least 4 to 5 shifts per week
