All vendor submissions will be reviewed and accepted based on market needs and in accordance with our market mission; to create a healthy and sustainable community. Vendors will be notified via email if their application is accepted. All items must either be grown, produced, created or made by the vendor. Once accepted vendor fees must be received to reserve your spot in the market.
All vendors are guaranteed a 10x10 area to setup in; power and WiFi are not guaranteed. If you require any special accommodations please note your requirements in your application.
All vendors are responsible for their own booth setup, please make sure to bring all tables, chairs, tents, tent weights, cash boxes, payment devices, hotspots and products to sell.
Setup is between 7:00am and 8:30am on market day. A vendor map will be sent out on the Thursday before market day with vendor booth locations. If able to do so please park in the parking garage on the corner of Weed Street and Court Street and unload your car from there. Volunteers may be able to assist. If you need to pull your car up to your booth please unload and then move to the parking garage or adjacent parking lot. All parking is free in downtown Marlborough.
All cars must be off of Weed Street by 8:30am.
In the event of inclement weather the market may be cancelled. All vendors will be notified via email by 7AM on the day of the market. Vendors will be reimbursed for cancelled markets or may opt to remit their cancelled vendor fee to the Farmers Market fund to help support future markets.
Vendor cancellations will not be reimbursed. 24 hour notice is required without penalty except under extenuating circumstances. No shows or last minute cancellations may be removed from future markets.

All food vendors with the exception of produce and honey vendors will need to submit a temporary food permit with the city of Marlborough.
