Favorite Lost Shoe Brew: As a roaster I love sourcing coffees from origins all over the world to present a coffee lineup that is full of diverse flavor profiles. I am particularly fond of fruity Ethiopian coffees, they are what got me into specialty coffee years ago and are my go to when educating consumers that not all coffees taste the same! I also really enjoy a nice crisp Bier, our Kölsch-style ale. It reminds me of our travels to Germany and the amazing beer culture we experienced there.
Favorite part of working at Lost Shoe: Community has been the focus of Lost Shoe since it was just an idea on paper. Being able to create a space to bring our community together has been so fulfilling and we wouldn’t be able to carry out this dream without our amazing team!
Favorite thing to do outside of work: Relaxing by the lake with a good brew

Favorite Lost Shoe Brew: It depends on my mood, but I always enjoy a low-fill off the canning line on packaging days
Favorite part of working at Lost Shoe: Seeing our beers go from recipe development to a can with a label on it has been very rewarding, collab days with other breweries are always a blast, and seeing happy customers from the other side of the production windows
Favorite thing to do outside of work: Visiting our friends in the brewing industry and checking out breweries we haven't been to yet

Favorite Lost Shoe Brew: My favorite beer is probably Anyone Hear A Helicopter? I'm a sucker for a fruited sour with cinnamon.
Favorite part of working at Lost Shoe: It's the most supportive environment I've worked in. Education is super encouraged and we even have books we can sign out to learn more about beer and coffee!
Favorite thing to do outside of work: I've been going to a lot of concerts recently and go to a monthly record club.

Favorite part of working at Lost Shoe: Co-workers and education! I've been having a blast learning more about the roasting process all thanks to Melynda and learning more about brewing with JP. And I love being with the team, and most importantly hanging out with our taste tester, Rye.
Favorite thing to do outside of work: Camping, visiting new places, video games and trying new beers.

Favorite part of working at Lost Shoe: My favorite part of working at Lost Shoe is my coworkers and how everyone is so nice.
Favorite thing to do outside of work: In my free time I like to hang out with my friends and family and I like to play Special Olympic sports.

Favorite Lost Shoe Brew: My favorite Lost Shoe beer is Post Road Detour (cream ale yummy!) and Leath Bhrógan (love a good Irish Red ale!)
Favorite part of working at Lost Shoe: My favorite part of working at Lost Shoe is feeling wanted and appreciated each day I walk into the building. It’s an amazing feeling coming to work and always having co-workers smile and wave to you! They are happy to see/work with you! Definitely not used to that from my previous employment! Also it’s really cool to learn about new and different types of beers and to share that information with customers/ friends!
Favorite thing to do outside of work: One favorite thing I do outside of work is board dogs in my home. It’s hard work but I love dogs and care for them as if they were my own. When I have a break from dogs I love to go hiking; it’s very freeing to me. Also love to check out different breweries and relax with friends on my patio catching up!

Favorite part of working at Lost Shoe: Working in a space that has an incredibly inviting, friendly, and wicked chill atmosphere! I look forward to the awesome interactions that come with each shift: whether they are with my spectacular Lost Shoe crew, our fabulous regulars or newcomers. Oh and I cannot forget being able to taste test all of our new beers and coffee drinks! Strictly for quality control, of course ;)
Favorite thing to do outside of work: I love going thrift shopping. They don't call me the "Thrift Queen" for nothing!
